Tilly The Trailer
Mobile bar and event trailer
Our beautifully restored vintage horse trailer (lovingly nicknamed Tilly) is a well-stocked mobile bar perfect for all events.
Not just for alcohol, Tilly has been used as a smoothie bar for wellbeing events, milkshake shack family friendly events, party bar for private functions... she's very versatile and our flexible approach means that we can accommodate most requirements!
Examples of how it works:
Pre Pay Option with Drinks Token:
Company pays for 1 drink per person (or number of your choice) and we will give each delegate a drinks token to redeem their drink with so no cash is exchanged at the event.
Cash Bar
We can take orders and accept payment from each person like in a bar.

Tia the Tipi
Canvas Bell Tent Tipi
Tia a stunning 6 metre canvas bell tent that is the perfect companion to the Tilly the Trailer as a an area to enjoy your drinks, chat, chill or sleep!
This tipi tent is ideal for gatherings of up to 20 people and can be hired for use at the Smile Factory (with or without Tilly) or at a Derby location.
Tia can be themed for your event and we'd be happy to discuss bespoke packages and ideas with you.

The Smile Factory
A Quirky Event Space
The Smile Factory is a 4500 square foot warehouse that is home to Colleague Box gifting fulfilment centre.
It's also a gift shop and home to Tilly and Tia if they aren't out and about at events.
The space is ideal for all kinds of events and can be used alone or with Tia and/or Tilly.
Cafe Opening Times
Pop in for a bite to eat, cold drink from our bar or a hot drink. We have free car parking outside and nice relaxed atmosphere.
