Air IT generates new business through direct mail.

National IT solutions company Air IT have seen over eight opportunities generated through direct mail gift boxes.


Customer Acquisition Executive Steve Parry approached Colleague Box with the goal of reaching out to prospective companies and introducing their services.


With nearly 20 years’ experience in business development and 10 of those within the software and technology industry, Steve understood the competitive landscape and breadth of sales and marketing activities required for lead generation. Post-pandemic Steve realised that digital marketing and traditional sales within Air IT needed a fresh spin to generate an increase in new logo business.


As one of the UKs leading managed IT services, Air IT are no stranger to industry awards programmes both national and regional, and it was this arena in which Air IT’s direct mail campaigns started to take shape.



Connecting and reaching out to fellow organisations from their awards network, gave Steve an opportunity to strengthen a relationship from an existing connection.
