We are HUGE fans of Derby Swap Shop.
The business swapping scheme, set up in lockdown by Ask the Chameleon, Huub and think3, has been invaluable to us since we launched Colleague Box earlier this year; we’ve used it to receive PR support from Penguin PR and started the relationship with Lemon Signs who created our shiny new sign for our new warehouse.
It’s an amazing concept and it has been a delight to see how, like Colleague Box, Swap Shop has grown in 2020 – there is now a Notts Swap Shop and Leicester Swap Shop.
So when we were looking at ways and initiatives which could help us to grow our business, we scoured Derby Swap Shop to see what tickled our fancy.
We’re members of the fab Marketing Derby and are so grateful for the help they have shown Colleague Box; they played a key role in securing our first commercial premises.
And when the opportunity to join fellow bondholders East Midlands Chamber – with 50% off the membership fee – came up on Derby Swap Shop, we jumped at the chance to get even more support for Colleague Box.
The Chamber champion businesses and communities with the likes of Derby County Football Club, Derby Telegraph and Barclays all members – so Colleague Box is obviously in good company!
We’re looking forward to exploring all of the fantastic benefits of being a Chamber member, from the training, awards and events to sharing our news with the Chamber magazine and networking.
